An SMS about a possible terrorist attack on Bugis Village has been circulating amongst members of the public.

But police say there is no credible evidence to suggest such an attack to date.

Still, they've taken the necessary precautions to enhance security in the area.

And investigations into the case are ongoing.

In the meantime, police are advising members of the public to not be overly alarmed, and to contact the police immediately if they notice any suspicious activity.

They also want to warn those who would intentionally mislead the public by perpetuating false threats to public safety.

The police say they take a very stern view against anyone who attempts to cause undue public alarm or fear in such a manner.

They added that they will not hesitate to take action against such perpetrators.

Omg what is the world becoming. First, global warming & bombing attacks. Then, financial crisis & global warming & bombing attacks. Now, financial crisis continues & global warming & more bombing attacks. Can't people just stop trying to kill each other and live life peacefully? Of course, that would be quite impossible with all the criticism and stuffs, and that would also mean leading a boring life for everyone. But still, WHAT THE HELL?! Anyway, whatever it is, it doesn't really concern me cause it hasn't happened in my life before, at least for now. But I'm pretty sure everyone thinks the same as I do too. Financial crisis is quite unavoidable , I have nothing to say.

However, I'm quite concerned about the issue on global warming. Yes yes I know I don't look like the person who care less about these kind of stuffs but still, this issue is getting worse and worse! Most importantly, it's an issue that affects every single human being animals insects birds mammals plants trees & teddy bears in the world! Look at the weather, look at the increase in amount of clothes people have to wear during winter now, look at how much people perspire during summer. To repeat, I'm not the kind of person who talks about these problems here but it's seriously getting on my nerves. The weather's getting more and more extreme even I can't stand it any longer. So humid that I can faint la, in Singapore. And I'm only talking about Singapore here. How about other countries like Africa? Confirm GG. So, I shall start a campaign to stop global warming, stop cutting down trees to make way for infrastructures, and stop cutting down trees for papers and furnitures! Reuse, reduce, and recycle!!!!! Haven't we learnt all these before, people?!?! I reckon I sound pretty crazy here, haha but I don't care. Say no to global warming! "NO!"
