Living in a nightmare

What is the world becoming?!
First, I read this news about a mother killing her very own 14-year-old daughter because she thought both she and her daughter are burdens to her elder daughter. How could she think that her daughter should not live when it isn't even her(mom's) own life in the first place? Yes, she's mentally ill. Which means she should have taken her medicine regularly instead of thinking that she's alright she's fine already and doesn't need anymore medical help. She killed her own innocent child's life. R.I.P

I thought that was horrible enough.

Then, I hear this news about a father raping his child for a full 30 years. She ran off at the age of 18, got caught by the police and brought back home, and then got locked in a secret basement in the basement where she was constantly raped, gave birth to 7 children and a few others who died. Lucky enough, the father was sent to jail and tortured (I hope.) Speaking of which, the mother's pretty stupid too. for 30 years, she thought her child ran away and didn't even bother to find her. And that is probably because her so-called "husband" lied to her that her child left her grandchild at the doorstep and ran away again. W.T.F!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
